1. Scope of this Policy
This Returns and Refund Policy applies only to physical products such as medicines and supplements purchased.
Please note that services provided by Roots of Health Clinic (such as consultations or treatments) are not covered by this policy and are instead subject to our Service Cancellation Policy.
2. Return Period
You may return eligible, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Please note that we do not offer store credit as a form of refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout once the returned items have been received and inspected.
3. Right of Withdrawal

4. Return Instructions
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at admin@rootsofhealth.clinic or call us to initiate your return and receive authorization.
- Ensure that the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- Repack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
